Tor Browser is a free privacy browser for Windows that protects users from online surveillance and tracking. Short for ‘The Onion Router', Tor was developed as a project to protect US intelligence but was later released as open-source software for people concerned about data privacy. NEW TOR CIRCUIT FOR THIS SITE. This option is useful if the exit relay you are using is unable to connect to the website you require, or is not loading it properly. Selecting it will cause the currently-active tab or window to be reloaded over a new Tor circuit. Other open tabs and windows from the same website will use the new circuit as well. Alternatively, you can click on the New Identity option (click the onion button before the address bar) to the same without closing the Tor browser. Don't use TOR for Google Search.

Transport of Rockland (TOR) is Rockland County's local bus system of 10 routes, providing service along major corridors as well as with feeder loops within the County. TOR provides connections to Clarkstown Mini-Trans and other regional transit services such as the Hudson Link, Rockland Coaches (Red & Tan), Short Line, and NJ Transit trains.
